Problems of formation new words in language are relevant linguistics since its inception, but there is still no consensus on the understanding neologism linguistic sense. In domestic linguistics, neologisms studied from standpoint stylistic, psycholinguistic, denotative, structural and historical theories based criteria novelty origin, denoted by denotation, word form meaning, unit use literary speech individual languages. foreign lexicographic theory a prevails, framework which include that not registered dictionaries. However, each these has shortcomings due to relativity relation / community or too narrow focus. modern neology, cultural approach promising, considered as units with culturally significant information.
